Podmores Supply A HDFV Screen Feeder for Roasted Nuts Application

081209APodmores supplies a bespoke designed and manufactured HDFV Screen Feeder to the number one manufacturer of Nuts in the UK, who produces an impressive 180 million packets of nuts per year.

The HDFV Screen Feeder was specially built with a removable wedge wire screen panel fitted in the tray to remove and reclaim excess flavour coating from the dried roasted nuts prior to weighing and packing.

The tray has a wider design, making the screening process more efficient. Fines exit via a chute welded to the tray. The HDFV Screen Feeder also has an adjustable end piece to give optimum filling & product distribution to the multi-head weighing machine.

081209BPodmores has also supplied a variety of feeders and conveyors to existing and new production lines for this customer.
