A quick update from Podmores at a time of unprecedented national concern.
We would like to inform all of our customers, suppliers and team that Podmores are taking all of the prudent and necessary steps to protect all staff and visitors.
We are currently not directly affected by the COVID-19 virus and have not experienced any detrimental impact to our supply chain. We are currently able to fully support customers and continue all business operations.
We have well extablished telephone and video conferencing facilities and are able to arrange any meeting that is necessary, allowing us to continue to work with you on existing or upcoming projects. We have directed staff to, where possible, conduct all meetings using these methods and to only visit sites or hold meetings at Podmores where is it absolutely necessary to do so. Should you need support beyond telehone assistance we are ready to help using Skype, TeamViewer, WhatsApp etc.
Where it is absolutely necessary to either visit you or for you to visit us we will be asking a couple of basic questions as control measures and to ensure the wellbeing of our team. This will include all sales and service/installation visits.
We have also performed an extraordinary review and audit of our 'working-from-home' policies, procedures and infrastructure so that if it becomes necessary to impliment this step we are ready to do so. In the case of members of staff in a particularly high risk category have already move to them to work from home purely as a precaution. All staff at home can be contacted by telephone and email as usual.
