We work with you to find out exactly what you need. Our dedicated sales team will study your product and use our wealth of experience to specify the perfect machine for the job. You tell us just a few simple bits of information, like what orientation you would like your product to come out in and how many parts per second/minute/hour and we’ll do the rest. If you need complicated systems then we excel at combining our wide product range into one solution which makes your life easier.
Design
Here at Podmores we utilise the very latest in 3D Solid Modelling CAD. Our design specialists are able to show you what your machine will look like before it’s built. This is incredibly useful when you aren’t 100% sure what a Podmores machine will look like or where you need to incorporate our machinery into an existing production line.
Manufacture
We manufacture all our equipment in the UK and have dedicated project managers to help make the manufacture and installation of your equipment as easy as possible; never over budget, on time and making your life easier.
Project Manage
Whether it’s manufacturing our own equipment or overseeing a project on your behalf, Podmores’ project management team will ensure your project comes in on time and doesn’t go over budget. You’ll get a single contact at Podmores who will keep you up to date with the latest developments in you project.
Program
Our electricians and Controls Engineers ensure our machines do what they need to do, and also communicate with your existing or planned machinery.
Support
We offer support for all of our machinery with spare parts, services, planned preventative maintenance schedules, repairs, upgrades and refurbishments. We regularly receive spares enquiries for machine 30 years old which just require a small spare part and can usually support those machines completely.
